As a Christian school, we are committed to protecting the dignity, safety, and well-being of every pupil regardless of age, gender, ability, religion, race, culture, or background.

We adhere to child protection procedures in line with Ugandan laws and international best practices, and work closely with parents, guardians, local authorities, and community partners to create a safe, nurturing environment.

All members of staff are required to undergo thorough background checks and child protection training. We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) on campus and a Senior Leadership Team that takes active responsibility for monitoring and improving our safeguarding practices.

Our Child Protection Policy outlines clear steps for prevention, early intervention, reporting, and response. The Olive School is committed to zero tolerance of any form of abuse or harm and provides clear reporting channels to support a transparent and protective environment for all.
