The above fees cover tuition, learning materials, co-curricular activities, and meals during the school day. Any optional services (e.g., trips, private lessons) may incur additional charges as communicated by the school.

Payment of school fees is due on or before the first day of each term.

Parents and guardians can also make school fees payments through the SchoolPay platform for quick, secure, and convenient transactions.

All tuition fees are charged termly in advance. Receipts will be issued once payment is confirmed.

The Olive School – Namugongo offers an optional scheme where parents or guardians may choose to make a lump sum payment in advance to cover one or more terms of school fees. Families who opt into this plan may be eligible for a small discount on the total amount paid.
This advance payment option is ideal for families who wish to simplify their financial planning or secure a place for the academic year in advance. All advance payments are receipted and protected under our school finance policy.

At the moment, The Olive School – Namugongo does not offer a sibling discount on school fees. All students are charged according to the standard school fees structure.
For children of Olive School staff: A tuition discount is available for full-time teaching and administrative staff members. Please contact the Finance Office directly to learn more about staff-related tuition support.
