We warmly welcome all prospective families to visit The Olive School – Namugongo. You may book a private visit during term time or attend one of our Open Days held each term. To arrange a visit, please email admissions@theoliveschool.ac.ug.

The Olive School – Namugongo admits children into all classes from Nursery to Primary Seven (P.7). Our main entry points are:

• Baby Class, Middle Class, Top Class (Nursery Section)
• Primary One (P.1)
• Primary Five (P.5)
• Primary Seven (P.7)

We also accept transfers mid-stream, depending on space availability.

To register your child, kindly fill out our application form available from the Admissions Office or downloadable from our website. Attach the following:

• A copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Recent passport-sized photographs
• Previous school reports or transfer letter (if applicable)

Return all documents to admissions@theoliveschool.ac.ug or submit them in person at the school.

Yes. All applicants from Primary One (P.1) and above are invited for an age-appropriate assessment in English and Mathematics, followed by an interview with a member of the academic team. Nursery entrants are assessed informally through play-based observation.

The termly fee for all classes (Nursery to P.7) is UGX 1,200,000. This includes tuition, meals, co-curricular activities, and access to all school facilities. Additional charges may apply for school trips and uniforms.

Yes. The Olive School provides reliable transport services to and from Namugongo, Kira, BUgandaerere, Sonde, Kyaliwajjala, and surrounding areas. Transport fees depend on the distance and route. For exact charges and route maps, please contact the School Transport Coordinator.
